What to bring

• **Photo identification.** Without valid ID the sample cannot be processed.
• **The form or letter from your employer**, if you were given one. It usually states which panel is required.
• **A list of your medications**, prescription and over-the-counter alike.

How the process works

Your identity is verified, the sample is collected following chain-of-custody procedure, and it is processed. We give you the result with whatever documentation your filing requires.

Alcohol

It is measured separately from the drug panel. It is a different test and has to be requested specifically, so **check what your employer is actually asking for** before you come: a drug panel and an alcohol test are not the same thing, though many people mix them up.

Before you come

Check with your employer which exact panel you need and whether there are any prior conditions. If you bring the letter, we resolve it in the same visit.
