What Clínica Hispana Airline Is and How We Work

Clínica Hispana Airline is a general medical clinic in north Houston, at 934 E Tidwell Rd, ZIP 77022, where Tidwell meets Airline. We see patients walk-in, seven days a week from 9 AM to 9 PM, and no health insurance is required.

This page covers what we do, what a visit looks like, and what we do not do — which is usually the part nobody writes down.

Who we see

Families across north Houston: Northside, Independence Heights, Lindale Park, Near Northside, Acres Homes, Northline and the surrounding neighborhoods. Care is fully available in Spanish if you prefer, and we also see patients in English.

No income verification, no insurance paperwork, and no referral from another doctor needed.

What we treat

The four things people come for most:

• Chronic conditions. Diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol, with follow-up every 3 to 6 months. See chronic condition care.
• Laboratory. Blood, urine and stool testing, with no prior doctor's order. See blood tests and lab work.
• Exams with a form attached. I-693 immigration, DOT physicals for a CDL, school and sports physicals, employment exams.
• Minor urgent care. Flu, throat and urinary infections, wounds, aches.

Beyond that: basic gynecology, ultrasound, EKG, STD testing, flu and tetanus vaccines, and subdermal implant removal. The full list is under our services.

What a visit looks like

You walk in, register and wait your turn. Without appointments, order is by arrival — unless someone arrives in worse shape. That happens, and you will understand it when it is your turn.

In the consultation we explain what you have, what the options are and what each one costs, before doing anything. If our doctor prescribes something, you buy it right there at the clinic's on-site pharmacy, no extra stop.

Ask the price first. We will tell you straight. We accept cash, debit and credit.

What we do not do

This part matters as much as the last one:

• We do not attend deliveries. We do provide basic pregnancy follow-up and the checks that can be handled in a clinic visit; for the delivery we help direct the referral.
• We are not an emergency room. Chest pain, trouble breathing, weakness on one side of the body, or bleeding that will not stop: call 911 or go to an ER. Do not come here.
• We do not sell medicines on other doctors' prescriptions. Our on-site pharmacy only sells what our doctor prescribes during your visit.
• We do not give immigration legal advice. We perform the I-693 medical exam; your case belongs with your attorney.
